Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Aggarwal Cargo Packers and Movers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

• Aggarwal Cargo Packers and Movers (referred to as “the Company”) agrees to provide packing, moving, and relocation services as requested by the customer (referred to as “the Client”).
• The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the goods to be transported, including the nature, quantity, and value of the items.

2. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made through our website, customer service hotline, or in person.
• A confirmation will be provided upon successful booking. The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason.
• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

• The cost of services will be provided at the time of booking and is subject to change based on the final weight, volume, and distance of the move.
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

4. Liability and Insurance

• The Company takes utmost care in handling your belongings. However, the Company’s liability for any loss or damage to the Client’s goods is limited to the declared value or the amount covered by the insurance, whichever is lower.
• The Client is encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value or fragile items.
• The Company is not liable for any damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

5. Prohibited Items

• The Company will not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, or any items prohibited by law.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring that no such items are included in the shipment.

6. Delay and Delivery

• The Company will make every effort to meet the agreed delivery schedule. However, the Company is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• The Client is responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and ensuring that someone is available to receive the goods at the destination.

7. Claims and Complaints

• Any claims for loss or damage must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
• The Company will investigate the claim and, if valid, will provide compensation as per the terms of the insurance policy.

8. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The Client is encouraged to review these terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
